The BlackVue DR900X-2CH IR Plus is a dual-channel dashcam that records the road ahead in 4K Ultra HD and the interior of your vehicle in Full HD, making it an excellent choice for taxi or ride-hailing drivers. Equipped with a wide view angle front (162 degrees) and interior (145 degrees) camera, this dashcam offers exceptional coverage.
The interior infrared (IR) camera is designed to provide clear visibility, even in pitch-black lighting conditions, thanks to its integrated infrared LEDs that activate automatically based on the ambient light. The discreet Full HD interior IR camera is connected to the front camera via a 1.5m (4.9ft) coaxial cable.
Seamless pairing with the BlackVue app makes the setup process effortless. Simply connect to your dashcam without leaving the app, and follow the simple instructions to set it up. Whether you want to browse your dashcam's files and settings or connect your dashcam to the Cloud, the Seamless Pairing feature ensures an easy and intuitive experience.
The 4K Ultra High Definition video capture of the BlackVue DR900X-2CH IR Plus offers ultra-crisp videos, with license plates being more clearly visible from further away. Even on a Full HD monitor, you can zoom in much further without any visible pixelation. The native Parking Mode feature, with a hardwiring cable included, allows the dashcam to switch to Parking Mode automatically when the vehicle ignition is turned off, with voltage cutoff and timer settings available in the BlackVue app.
The dashcam's fast Wi-Fi, GPS, and LTE connectivity provide a range of capabilities. The Wi-Fi allows for blazing-speed downloads of videos to your phone, and also enables the BlackVue dashcam to connect to the BlackVue Cloud via any home or mobile Wi-Fi hotspot. The GPS feature allows you to visualize the location of your vehicle on the map during video playback and overlay speed on videos.
The CM100LTE module, connected via the USB port, provides easy 4G LTE connectivity to enable the BlackVue Cloud features. When connected to the CM100LTE, the BlackVue DR900X Plus Series can also serve as a mobile hotspot, providing wireless Internet access to up to five devices (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
The BlackVue Cloud service allows you to connect to your BlackVue dashcam anytime, from anywhere in the world. You can enjoy remote Live View and Push Notifications to your phone, back up important videos to the free Cloud storage, and play and download videos from your dashcam's memory or the Cloud from anywhere. Additionally, the Two-way Voice Communication feature allows you to communicate with the driver through the BlackVue's integrated speaker and microphone.
